These are some important points to make the initiative work. namely:
- People sit quietly and just do what is asked for will never be given a responsibility
- Success requires that someone do this very well, and doing so in such a

- Courage to try new ideas
- Disappointed if it fails, but feel sorry if you do not try it
- Effort and excellence to do something that determines one's final achievement
